“Examining Features of the Pretrial Process”

Dr. Victoria Terranova earned her PhD in Criminal Justice at Texas State University. Her research examines the correctional system focusing on the disparities in and impacts of pretrial processes and community reentry throughout the correctional process. Her work appears in a variety of high-impact peer-reviewed journals including Justice Evaluation Journal, Criminal Justice & Behavior, Journal of Interpersonal Violence, Journal of Aggression, Maltreatment & Trauma and Violence & Gender.
