Biography

I am the Director of The Colorado Rockies Sport Management Institute at Colorado State University. I also serve as an Assistant Professor, and the Director of Online Learning and Instructional Design for Sport Management. The Department of Sociology is my tenure home within the College of Liberal Arts.

My primary line of research inquiry is in the field of sport management and has been focused on the area of organizational behavior and ethical decision-making. I have spent a majority of my efforts investigating the role of antecedent conditions and cost-benefit analysis towards whistleblowing intention in sport.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, rooting on Philadelphia sports teams, hiking, and hanging out with my golden retriever, Bowie.
