Lesley Schneider is a PhD Candidate in Sociology at the Ohio State University. She focuses on two points in the criminal-legal system: adjudication and sentencing, and reentry from incarceration. Her work has appeared in Law & Social Inquiry, the American Journal of Sociology, and Punishment & Society.
