Nefratiri Weeks was awarded the Ingrid H. Rima Scholarship from the Association for Social Economics (ASE). The scholarship was for her paper titled: “Using Polanyi’s The Great Transformation to Understand Crises: Beyond the Regulation School and Social Structures of Accumulation Perspectives.”
For the scholarship, Weeks received free access to the 2018 summer school on Social Economics held at CSU, a one year ASE membership, a discounted registration to the ASE World Congress (also held at CSU), and free, one-year subscriptions to the journals Review of Social Economy and Forum for Social Economics.
Weeks is an instructor, research assistant, and PhD student.
