race/ethnicity, organizations, environmental sociology, research methods

Sarah Iverson uses mixed methods to study how people make sense of concepts like race and sustainability in organizations. Her work has been published in Genealogy, Demography, and the Journal of Contemporary Ethnography, and has received funding from the National Science Foundation and the Social Science Research Council. In 2022, she won the Outstanding Teaching Award for her pedagogy in research methods and race and ethnicity.
