Azmal Hossan’s article “Thirst for Energy: Where does Bangladesh go?” has been published by Himal Southasians, a Colombo, Sri Lanka based non-fiction magazine covering politics, culture, ecology of South Asia. After reading his essay on water injustice in South Asia, they invited Azmal to write about the ecology of Bangladesh for their special issue celebrating the country’s 50 years of independence in December 2021.
